Our 2016 Pinot Gris was whole bunch pressed with the juice separated into ‘free-run’ and ‘pressings’ batches. Free-run juice was tank fermented while the pressings juice was fermented in old French oak barriques. Bright green with yellow hues and spicy musk and floral aromas. A full generous palate with ripe pear and apple flavors. Subtle acidity gives length and persistence. 13% alcohol.
