Rowlee Pinot Noir
Bright and perfumed bouquet with bright layers of raspberry, rose petal, lavender and subtle spice notes. A juicy palate of plum, red berry and cherry is complimented by fine earthy tannins. The fruit driven palate offers early drinking appeal.
Harvested and delivered to the winery in the early morning of 9 March. Warm fermented for 6 days on skins. Pressed to French oak to complete malolactic fermentation and a short maturation for early release. Lightly fined, filtered and bottled on 3 August.
