Set on our vineyard estate in Orange’s beautiful Nashdale region, Rowlee Wines is a cool-climate wine destination known for its handcrafted wines, seasonal food experiences, warm hospitality, and curated events. We’re looking for friendly, confident and professional Cellar Door & Guest Experience staff to join our growing team. If you love wine, food, and meeting new people, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a welcoming, values-driven business with a strong reputation and big plans.

About the Role

• Conducting relaxed, informative wine tastings and guest experiences
• Providing exceptional, personalised service to all visitors
• Supporting wine sales and sharing our wine club offering
• Using POS systems (Commerce7), and managing bookings (Sevenrooms)
• Preparing simple cheese plates and managing light food service
• Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas
• Supporting weddings, private events and seasonal activations

About You

• You genuinely enjoy meeting people and talking about food and wine
• You're organised, adaptable, and have excellent attention to detail
• You're a team player who can also work independently
• You have hospitality, cellar door or events experience
• You have a current RSA (or are willing to get one)
• Wine knowledge or WSET is a plus, but not essential
• You're available for regular weekends, public holidays, and events
