Coordinate Exceptional Events at One of Orange’s Premier Vineyard Destinations

Rowlee is a celebration of cool-climate wine, seasonal produce, and warm, thoughtful hospitality — set on the picturesque grounds of our vineyard estate in Nashdale, NSW.

We are seeking an organised and guest-focused Events, Weddings & Reservations Coordinator to play a key role in delivering seamless weddings, private events, and premium guest experiences across the estate.

This is a daytime, full-time role offering the opportunity to work at the heart of one of the region’s most respected food, wine, and events destinations — supporting everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale weddings and corporate events.

What You’ll Be Leading

• Coordination of weddings, private events, and group bookings from enquiry to delivery
• Preparation of event proposals, contracts, run sheets, and supporting documentation
• Management of reservations and guest enquiries across Rowlee’s hospitality venues
• Accurate record-keeping, systems management, and reporting
• Close collaboration with the Venue Manager, Executive Chef, cellar door, and front-of-house teams
• Supporting a seamless guest journey from first contact to event day

We’re Looking For

• Experience in events coordination, reservations, or hospitality administration
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A confident, warm, and professional communication style
• A genuine passion for guest experience and service excellence
• Comfort using booking and event management systems (SevenRooms experience highly regarded)
• The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused during busy periods
• Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday, daytime hours
