Single Vineyard Arneis
The 2019 vintage displays a complex amalgam of pear and stone fruits. There is underlying nuances of apple and quince. Full and generous palate with piles of rich phenolic texture backed up with stone fruit and almond nuttiness. Mineral and slate acidity provides a refreshing finish.
Hand-harvested on the 12th March 2019. De-stemmed and crushed before pressing the lightly fined juice was racked clean to stainless steel. Fermented at cool temperatures to retain varietal character and freshness. Extended aging on lees adds complexity. Fined, filtered and bottled in October 2019.
