Single Vineyard Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir is from the vineyard’s northern blocks. The fruit was hand harvested in two parcels on 14 and 22 March 2021. A blend of MV6, 114, 115 and 777 clones. Warm fermented for 10 days on skins with 60% whole berry inclusion. Hand plunged during the week-long fermentation. Pressed to French oak puncheons and barriques (20% new) to complete malolactic fermentation and a further 9 months maturation. Bottled with minimal filtration.
