Cellar Door Team Member
Rowlee is a family wine estate in Nashdale, in the Orange wine region. Our cellar door is where many people meet Rowlee for the first time, and the welcome they get there stays with them.
We are looking for a Cellar Door Team Member who enjoys wine and enjoys people, to host tastings and look after guests as part of a small, close team.
About the Role
- Host wine tastings and present the Rowlee range with confidence
- Recommend wines to suit each guest
- Introduce guests to the Wine Club through genuine, personal service
- Process sales and memberships accurately
- Keep the cellar door presented to a high standard
- Work alongside the restaurant, events, and vineyard teams
- Support special events and member experiences
- Maintain RSA standards
About You
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Experience in hospitality, a winery, tourism, or customer service
- Strong communication and a natural way with people
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Confident with point-of-sale systems
- Available for weekends and public holidays
Highly Regarded
- Previous cellar door or winery experience
- Wine qualifications such as WSET
- Knowledge of the Orange region and its cool climate wines
- Experience with Commerce7
- A current First Aid certificate
