Professional Waiter
Rowlee is a family wine estate in Nashdale, in the Orange wine region. Our dining rooms, Garden Bar, and events bring our wine and the season's produce to the table, and our floor team is central to how that experience feels.
We are looking for experienced waiters to join us, with both full-time and part-time roles available.
About the Role
- Deliver attentive table service and run your own section
- Guide guests through the seasonal menu and recommend wine pairings
- Serve wine professionally, including opening and decanting
- Keep the dining room presented to a high standard
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Handle guest questions and issues calmly and professionally
- Support weddings and private events
- Help train and mentor junior staff
- Maintain RSA and food safety standards
About You
- Experience in a premium restaurant, winery, or hotel
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Strong menu and wine knowledge
- Excellent communication and a warm, professional manner
- High standards of personal presentation
- Available for weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Highly Regarded
- Wine qualifications such as WSET
- Experience in a winery restaurant
- POS experience (SevenRooms or Lightspeed)
- Barista or cocktail skills
- An interest in growing into a leadership role
