With a career spanning hospitality, floristry, and event production, he brings a rare blend of operational expertise and creative flair to everything he touches. At Rowlee, Bon oversees the restaurant, cellar door, and events program with calm confidence and an unwavering focus on guest experience.
Originally from Gisborne, New Zealand, Bon’s journey led him to Australia, where he spent several years with Neil Perry’s Rockpool Dining Group in Sydney, refining his approach to fine dining service. Alongside this, he trained and worked as a qualified florist with Hermetica Flowers, contributing to bold, contemporary designs for weddings and events. Since relocating to Orange, Bon has become a familiar and trusted presence in the local hospitality scene. Ask him what he loves most, and he’ll tell you it’s watching guests fall in love with Orange — one glass, plate, or celebration at a time. His favourite Rowlee wine is the R Series Chardonnay.
