Golden Hour
Join us from 4–6pm at the bar for specially priced wines, beer and seasonal cocktails, paired with a complimentary seasonal bite when you purchase two or more drinks.

- Marinated Olives - orange and fennel seed marinated mixed olives
- Oyster – freshly shucked Sydney rock oyster with lemon
- Gilda - guindilla pepper, anchovie and gordal olive
- Mortadella - grilled mortadella skewer, zucchini pickle, chilli honey
- Nuts – spicy mixed roasted nuts with miso popcorn
- Borgo’s Artisanal Sopressa
- Chorizo, pan roasted chorizo, parsley, lemon
Seating is available at either the bar or one of the high tables in the bar area.
The full dining menu is also available from 5.30pm on weekdays and 6pm on Saturdays.
Bookings are available and walk-ins are welcome.
